A graduate of UC San Diego, Philip Simon founded Refundmasters in 1998 to focus on the tax needs of ministers. Since then his practice has grown to include professional musicians, nonprofit organizations (990 filing and penalty abatement requests), and trusts.

 

Philip is a staff singer (bass) at All Souls Episcopal Church in Point Loma, where he also serves on the vestry and finance committee. In addition he maintains a busy schedule as a professional choirster in several churches and ensembles in the San Diego area.
